Design Features
- Two large work surface areas; one on each side of sink.
- Welded sanitary Type 304 stainless steel construction with large radius inside corners for easy clean up.
- Manufactured without crevices, lapped edges, rivets, bolts or other fastening devices so that work surfaces remain smooth and prevent the accumulation of bacteria.
- 3/4-inch radius rolled edge provides superior strength to table top and inhibits the collection of fluid or debris on' underside of table.
- Concealed structural stainless steel cantilever mounting brackets. Integral stainless steel back splash on one-piece sink top with full-width, 8-inch (203 mm) over-shelf.
- Two large, removable equipment drawers with integral handle.
- Four removable, perforated, 16-gauge polished stainless steel dissecting trays.
- Exclusive full-surface, cold water flush under removable dissecting trays facilitates cleaning, sanitation and rapid removal of waste. Separate water controls for each side
- "Reverse-flow" hydro-aspirator with built-in vacuum breaker includes cold water flow control, 10 feet [3.05 meters) of PVC hose, hose storage rack and anti-aerosol waste outlet.
- Lever handle waste drain.
- Wrist-operated, chrome-plated brass faucet with hot/cold control valves and swivel gooseneck spout.
- Heavy-duty, 8-ft. [2.4 m] stainless steel spray hose with flow controls; palm-operated spray and hose storage rack mounted on backsplash.
- Two duplex waterproof electrical outlets with ground fault circuit interrupter.
- Convenient positive cart latching device secures mobile table to dissecting sink; cart latch operates with slide lever from either side of table.
