- Welded sanitary Type 304 stainless steel construction with large radius inside corners for easy clean up.
- Single-action, foot-operated four-wheel brake.

- Large B-inch [203 mm) diameter, polyurethane ball-bearing casters enhance maneuverability.
- 14-gauge polished stainless steel table surface pitched to drain for positive fluid removal.
- Two 14-gauge, 6-inch [152 mm) wide, solid stainless steel sliding body supports.
